Claims - Party Involved, Defendants

Hi all – we recently transitioned to R&S from RL6 and are working through some differences in the Claims module.
We’re a health system with several affiliates, and historically in RL6 we listed one of our affiliates as a “Defendant” using a drop-down field. This helped standardize naming and ensured consistency for loss runs and reporting.
In R&S, the Party Involved section appears to rely on manual entry for company names. I’m curious how others are handling this:

Are you typing in affiliate names manually in the Party Involved section?
Or are you using another field or method to identify the organization named in a lawsuit?

My concern is the potential for spelling variations and inconsistent naming, which could make reporting and loss runs more difficult over time. I find that we cannot rely on the “location” as there are many times, more than one Affiliate is named.
